Youth Wellbeing Success Summit 2023

Unlocking your Potential and Inspiring Success

Previously called the Youth Mental Health Summit, the Youth Wellbeing Success Summit will be held in October 2023. The Youth Wellbeing Success Summit is for students who know they are capable of achieving more, but just need to discover useful, simple and effective techniques to easily navigate through life’s challenges.

Join a vibrant group of 600 students, educators, service providers, and inspirational leaders for a fun day filled with enriching Masterclasses, immersive workshops, and dynamic interactive sessions.

The Youth Wellbeing Success Summit will feature:

  • Keynote speaker – build resilience, self-confidence, and motivation
  • Networking opportunities – teachers and students connect with up to 30 wellbeing service providers and invite them back to your school
  • Speed wellbeing networking – receive advice from service providers to succeed and improve wellbeing (e.g. tips in reducing stress, anxiety and uncertainty about the future)
  • Interactive wellbeing success workshops – ranging from maintaining healthy relationships to exploring financial literacy
  • Resource show bag provided
  • Morning tea & lunch provided
  • This event is FREE for High Schools in the Fairfield & Liverpool area (Region E)

Instructions on how to self-register (Closes 25.08.23):

  • Speak with your teacher, are you attending the event?
  • Get your parent/carer to sign the permission note and return it to your teacher.
  • Click the link to access the Eventbrite Registration form.
  • Select your food options and fill out the form – approx. 2-3 minutes.
  • You MUST be registered to receive free lunch and & receive 12-month access to online resources

Up to 500 people attended the annual Youth Mental Health Summit from 2016-2018, where:

  • 86% of students learnt something new about mental health
  • 96% of students thought the YMHS was beneficial & would recommend it to their friends 
  • 95% of schools created strategies and action plans to complement existing policies 
  • 89% of students met a new service provider
