What is the Class Chefs Partnership?
The Class Chefs partnership is a partnership between local high schools and a local restaurant. The aim is to offer opportunities to young people to ‘take over’ and run a restaurant for one night by cooking and serving their families and friends with an affordable set menu.
The partners include a local restaurant and a high school, or a number of high schools.
The partnership will include a number of planning meetings and organisational tasks that will be shared between the partners. Partners will work together on designing a program that best suits their needs and will discuss details of how to make it happen.
